Guests have access to the public beach on the Gulf of Mexico side of this Treasure Island resort. Two lap swimming pools are available—one adjacent to the eight-story building, one at the three-story wing. A spa tub is located by the pool near the front office.

This beachfront resort consists of a three-story, a four-story, and an eight-story building with elevators. All 166 rooms at Bilmar Beach Resort have pool, beach, or gulf views. Rooms offer two decor styles of either white-wood furnishings with blue and yellow accents or dark-wood furnishings with green and gold accents.
Amenities include flat-screen LCD TVs, complimentary wireless Internet access, and electronic in-room safes. All rooms include coffeemakers, refrigerators, and microwaves along with hair dryers. Some rooms also provide kitchenettes with two-burner cooktops, granite-topped counters, and dishes.

Driving directions from Tampa Airport: Follow signs to take I-275 south, then take Exit 23B (Fifth Ave N/SR 595). Bear right to take SR 595 toward Treasure Island and continue about 4 miles. Turn right on Central Ave and continue on Treasure Island Causeway. Bear left on Gulf Blvd.
Driving directions from St. Petersburg Airport: Turn left on Roosevelt Blvd and take the ramp onto Ulmerton Rd. After about 2 miles, turn left on SR 693 (66th St N) and continue about 8 miles. Bear right onto Central Ave and continue on Treasure Island Causeway. Bear left on Gulf Blvd.
Getting there: The best option from either airport is a shuttle ($16–25; fees subject to change without notice), or a rental car.
Getting around: A trolley (less than $5; fees subject to change without notice) runs the length of the beachfront and connects with local public transportation. Guests with busy sightseeing itineraries are probably best served by renting a car. Guest parking at the beach resort is complimentary.
