Taxis, rental cars, and shuttle vans are the most convenient ways to get from the airport to the hotel and back. Transportation options for both MIA and FLL are available on the ground level of the airport terminal, outside the baggage claim area.
Getting there from Miami International Airport: There is a flat-rate taxi fare to the hotel from MIA of more than $36. SuperShuttle service to hotel is $16–25.
Getting there from Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport: Taxi service is more than $36. Tri-County Airport Express Shuttle is $16–25 per person. Getting around: This Sunny Isles resort is near the Bal Harbour Shops, famous for upscale shopping and restaurants. South Beach is located approximately 7 miles south and is easy accessible by taxi (rates are less than $5 per mile). Driving is the most convenient way to explore other points of interest in Miami Beach and surrounding areas, although street parking in South Beach or downtown Miami can be problematic.
