- Follow the detour as it merges into Front Beach Rd, and proceed three miles.
- Grandview Condos will be on the left.
Guests who arrive outside of normal office hours must check-in at Boardwalk Welcome Center, 9540 South Thomas Drive, Panama City Beach, FL.
Driving directions from Panama City-Bay County International Airport to after-hours check-in location:
- Take FL-390 to W 23rd St.
- Turn right onto W 23rd St.
- Follow W 23rd St to US-98 W.
- Turn right onto US-98 W and continue for two miles.
- Turn left onto Thomas Dr.
