The two 23-story towers that house the Waterstone Calypso Resort & Towers' 396 guestrooms overlook the beach and sea of the Gulf of Mexico (a third tower is under construction nearby). The resort is across the street from the new Pier Park shopping and entertainment mega-complex, a half-mile from Gulf World Marine Park, two miles from the Panama City Convention Center, and three miles from Shipwreck Island Water Park.
Two pools, a private beach, and fitness equipment are on site. Beach umbrellas and beach chairs are provided in season, as is a kids club. High-speed Internet access is complimentary throughout the property.

Rooms
The Calypso offers five room types ranging in size from one bedroom with one and a half baths up to three bedrooms with three baths. Each contains a fully-equipped kitchen and one or more private balconies with ocean views. Each has a living room with a pull-out sofa bed that sleeps two adults as well.
Guestrooms also offer walk-in closets, marble bathroom vanities, designer toiletries, washers and dryers, at least two flat screen TVs, DVD players with unlimited complimentary DVD rentals, and complimentary high speed Internet access.

The reception desk is open from 8 AM-10 PM Monday-Tuesday and 8 AM-midnight Wednesday-Sunday. For guests arriving when reception is closed, a phone number to call for entry instructions is posted on the door.
