The Embassy offers 244 one-bedroom guest suites in an eight-story building featuring a skylighted atrium visible from corridors leading to guestrooms. Suites' conveniences include wet bars, microwave ovens, and compact refrigerators in wood-paneled areas with recessed lights. Living areas feature three-chair dining sets, double sofa beds, and upholstered chairs. Each suite provides two televisions with pay movies, two dual-line telephones, and wireless Internet service (surcharge for network card).

- Exit airport onto SR 528 (Beeline Expwy toll road).
- Exit 528 at Exit #1 (International Dr).
- Turn right onto International Dr and continue approximately 1.8 miles.
- Hotel is on the left.
Rental cars are available online. Rental car desks and courtesy shuttles to offsite rental car desks are located on airport Level One. Shuttle service is available from Level One: $16–$25 adult one way; $5–$15 child (4–11 years) one way. Taxis available on Level One: $26–$35. Town Cars and limousines available on Level One: More than $36. Lynx bus service to International Drive available from Level One, A-side of main terminal, commercial lane spaces 32–34 with fares less than $5. Prices subject to change without notice.
Getting around: The hotel offers complimentary scheduled shuttle service to all four theme parks and Downtown Disney® area in Walt Disney World® Resort. The inexpensive I-Ride Trolley operates from early morning to midnight along the six-mile International Drive corridor and stops at its many shopping, dining, and entertainment attractions. The trolley stops in front of the hotel, and also links to a public bus that connects directly to the Disney Transportation Center. Children under 12 ride the trolley free.
