This all-suite hotel just south of Miami International Airport provides soundproofed one- and two-bedroom suites in a location convenient for travelers with late or early-morning flights. Located in the Waterford Corporate Park, the hotel is close to many other corporate parks, and offers not only complimentary Miami airport pick-up and drop-off, but also complimentary shuttle transportation to offices and shops within a two-mile radius.
Outside is a pool with an adjacent spa tub and two barbecue grills which guests are welcome to use (grill utensils provided). The hotel also has a fitness room (renovated June 2007) that features cardio machines with built-in flat-screen TVs, as well as laundry facilities, and 1,150 square feet of meeting space. Meeting rooms provide high-speed Internet access.
A new business center (June 2007) is open 24 hours, and offers computers, printers, and copy and fax machines. A 24-hour convenience store is available on site. Grocery-shopping service is complimentary. Parking is also complimentary; the lot is monitored by a security guard.
