Guestrooms are in three six-story buildings along Ocean Drive. All Park Central rooms feature featherbeds with soft, lightweight duvets. Wireless Internet access is complimentary. Art Deco period decor includes custom furniture and black-and-white photos of 1930s Miami Beach.
Ceiling fans supplement air conditioning. Radios come with CD players. In-room safes accommodate laptops. Many rooms face the beach and ocean (not guaranteed).

- The hotel is less than a block ahead on the right side, at 640 Ocean Dr.
Getting there: Airport shuttles ($21) and taxis ($32) operate 24 hours a day. Rental cars are available online.
Getting around: The South Beach Local bus, just 25 cents, provides easy access to the Jackie Gleason Theatre, the Jewish Museum of Florida, the Miami Beach Convention Center, the Lincoln Road Mall, and other popular destinations. The closest stop is along Washington Avenue, two blocks west of the hotel. Parking is scarce in Miami Beach. The hotel has a limited number of parking spaces, and they are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not guaranteed on arrival.
