Magical Memories Villas

Located five-to-eight miles from the Walt Disney World® Resort, these villas and homes are set amid Central Florida’s green landscape. Villa complexes include sunning courtyards with small community pools. Most complexes also have four-person spa tubs.

Complexes also offer clubhouses, fitness centers, saunas, barbecue grills, and tennis courts. Some have nature trails, playgrounds, and movie theaters (surcharge). Computers with high-speed Internet access (surcharge) are available in the clubhouses.

Rooms

Magical Memories offers villas with two, three, or four bedrooms. There are also three- and four-bedroom homes with private backyard swimming pools. Villas are clustered in nine different communities, five–eight miles from Walt Disney World® Resort.

Homes and villas offer various bedding types, at least two full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens, and in-unit washers and dryers. Local calls and dial-up Internet access are complimentary, as are VCRs and DVD players.

All villas and homes are nonsmoking. Cleaning fees apply for reservations of two nights or fewer.

  • Exit airport (south exit) to Greeneway Express (Rte 417).
  • Take Greeneway (Rte 417) south to Exit #6 Rte 535. Turn left onto Rte 535 and continue to SR 192 (Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy).
  • Turn right onto SR 192.
  • At the next light, which is Poinciana Blvd, turn left.
  • The office is next to the Ramada Inn.


Getting there: The best way to reach Magical Memories Villas is by car. Rental cars are available online. Rental car desks and courtesy shuttles to offsite rental car desks are found on airport Level One. Taxis (more than $36) are another option, also found on airport Level One.

Getting around: The villas and houses are located in various quiet neighborhoods, so to reach any visitor attractions, stores, or restaurants, guests need a car. Highways and attractions are well-marked, making driving simple for visitors. Rental cars are available online.

Policies

Cancellation policy: Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to arrival will be charged a processing fee. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged a processing fee plus the amount of one night's stay.

The following cleaning fees are due upon check-in for reservations of two nights or fewer:

  • 2 Bedroom Villas - $45
  • 3 Bedroom Villas - $55
  • 4 Bedroom Villas - $65
  • 3 Bedroom Pool Home - $55
  • 4 Bedroom Pool Home - $65
    Fees are subject to change.

Pets (cats and dogs only) may be accepted in some accommodations:

  • A maximum of two pets weighing less than 50 pounds each may be accepted in select pool homes with payment of a $75 fee (fee subject to change).
  • A maximum of two pets weighing less than 25 pounds each may be accepted in select villas with payment of a $50 fee (fee subject to change).

Pool heating is available for a daily fee if requested 24 hours prior to check-in.

All villas and homes are nonsmoking.

All units are cleaned prior to check-in. Additional housekeeping is available for a fee. Units must be cleaned upon departure.
Pool Home reservations of four nights or fewer will be charged a departing cleaning fee at check-in.

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent accommodations at Magical Memories Villas.

Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on hotel policy.
Rollaway beds and cribs (infant beds) may be available and should be requested at the time of booking; fees may apply.
Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.
