Policies
A $250 credit card or cash deposit is collected at check in.
The following cleaning fees apply for stays of five nights or less and are collected at check-in:
- Three-bedroom homes: $75
- Four-bedroom homes: $85
- Five-bedroom homes: $105
All fees are subject to change without notice.
Photos shown are an example only. Furniture, layout, pool area, decor, and size may vary. Rate is per night, not per person. Not all homes have a Jacuzzi. Homes are in Osceola, Polk, and Lake counties, within 25 minutes of Orlando area attractions (subject to traffic). In the winter months, pool or spa tub heat may be available (additional charge collected at check-in).
Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on resort policy.
Rollaway beds and cribs (infant beds) may be available and should be requested at the time of booking; fees may apply.
