The Classic Families townhomes are located in residential communities that offer outdoor splash pools; many also have fitness centers, spa tubs, and children’s play areas. Patio homes have private, screened-in splash pools. All properties are located within a 15-mile radius of the Walt Disney World® Resort and other theme parks and attractions.

Rooms
Guests choose from townhomes with two to four bedrooms, or patio pool homes with two to five bedrooms. Located in Orlando-area neighborhoods, all Classic Families accommodations include washers and dryers, separate dining and living rooms, and kitchens with microwaves, stoves, refrigerators, coffeemakers, cookware, and dinnerware.

Orlando International Airport (MCO): Classic Families accommodations are located within a 17-mile radius of Orlando International Airport. Specific distances and driving times vary.
Driving directions from MCO:
- Turn right (south) onto Airport Blvd W and continue east on Airport Exit.
- Bear right (south) onto S Access Rd. Continue south on Boggy Creek Rd.
- Turn right and merge onto SR-417/Central Florida Greeneway (toll road).
- Take Exit 2 and bear right (north) onto Celebration Ave.
- Turn right (northwest) onto Celebration Pl and proceed to 215 Celebration Pl.
Getting there: Guests either check in at main rental office in Celebration, Florida, or proceed directly to accommodations, depending on location. Rental cars are highly recommended, and they are available online.
Getting around: Due to the varied locations of Classic Families townhomes and patio homes, cars are recommended.
Policies
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in.
Pets under 30 pounds are welcome with advance reservation. A one-time, nonrefundable pet surcharge of $150 (subject to change) is collected at check-in.
Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be charged full amount.
A $300 security deposit by approved credit card imprint (no charges unless damages noted) per home or townhome is required at check-in. No personal checks accepted. Fee is subject to change.
Cribs, high chairs, and additional VCRs may be available for rent. Additional TVs are also available for a surcharge.
Pool heating is available by prior arrangement for a surcharge.
All fees for incremental services are due at check-in.
