The 178 guestrooms at The Westin Key West Resort & Marina are in two low-rise buildings, with retail shops occupying most of the ground floors. Guestrooms feature rustic island-style furnishings with white headboards, armoires, and green dining tables with two rattan chairs. Complimentary wireless Internet access and cable TV with pay movies are available in all rooms. The Heavenly Bed consists of a custom-designed, foot-thick pillowtop mattress with all-white bedding; triple sheeting; down blanket, comforter and duvet; and five pillows (two goose down/feather, two hypo-allergenic, and a decorative "boudoir" neck-roll pillow). |

Getting there: Taxi fare is based on the number of passengers and is in the $5–$15 range for two. Rental cars are available from this Web site.
Getting around: The resort is in the heart of Old Town so many shops, restaurants, and entertainment sites are within a few blocks. The popular Bone Island Shuttle travels throughout Key West and stops down the block. Daily passes are $5–$15 for unlimited rides. Many people also rent scooters ($16–$25, per day), bicycles (under $5, per day), electric cars (more than $75, per day), or ride the city bus (under $5, per day for unlimited use.)
