Located on Fort Walton Beach’s Okaloosa Island, this six-story hotel faces a white-sand beach and the clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Inside, the lobby provides a comfortable sitting area with leather furniture and funky Art Deco decor. Outside, a heated pool provides Gulf views and water-sports equipment is available for rent on the beach.
Guests can order drinks from the poolside cabana bar, or sample creative martinis in the lobby at the Swizzle Stick Lounge, where live music is offered nightly. The hotel does not have a restaurant but it does offer a complimentary Continental breakfast every day. During summer months, children’s activity programs are available. Golf excursions can be arranged through the front desk as well.
