Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is a 2,400-acre beachfront community comprising five neighborhoods. Located on the Florida Panhandle, the resort spans 3.5 miles between the Gulf of Mexico and Choctawhatchee Bay. Destin is eight miles away.
Recreational amenities include four highly ranked golf courses, 15 tennis courts, a full-service marina, and a health club. Seventeen outdoor pools are spread throughout the property, and supervised children’s programs are available (surcharge). Also on site are a salon, full-service health spa, and boutique and designer shops.
For dining, guests choose from 30 cafés, restaurants, pubs, and lounges. Options include a seafood grill, several fine-dining venues, an all-day breakfast café, and poolside and beachfront bars.
Valet parking is available only at the Grand Sandestin in The Village of Baytowne Wharf (surcharge). Self parking is also available for a surcharge.

- Continue to follow US-98 E/FL-30 E for 17 miles. The resort is on the corner of US-98 (Emerald Coast Pkwy) and Sandestin Blvd.
Getting there: Taxis to Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort cost approximately $50; limousines for one to four passengers cost approximately $69. Rental cars are available online.
Getting around: Complimentary tram service is available throughout the 2,400-acre resort upon request from early morning to late evening (hours and availability vary seasonally). Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort also provides complimentary four-hour bicycle rentals for guests. Rental cars are recommended for travel beyond the resort.
