Policies
Guests must be 25 years or older to check in. Photo identification is required. Guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of their stay.
During Spring Break (March 3 to April 21) there must be one parent/legal guardian for every two persons under the age of 25. Reservations made by parents/legal guardians who do not check in, and parents leaving overnight is not allowed.
Reservation made under false pretenses will forfeit the total amount of the reservation.
Extra person charges may apply and vary depending on resort policy.
Rollaway beds and cribs (infant beds) may be available and should be requested at the time of booking; fees may apply.
Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.
