Driving directions from Orlando International Airport:
- Start out going north on Airport Blvd E.
- Take the SR-528 W exit (Exit 1B) toward International Dr/I-4/Florida's Turnpike.
- Merge onto Bee Line Expy/FL-528 W (toll) and continue for 10.5 miles.
- Merge onto I-4 W via the exit on the left toward Tampa/Walt Disney World® Resort and continue for 17.5 miles.
- Take the US-27 exit (Exit 55) toward Clermont.
- Turn left onto US-27 N and continue for 3.5 miles.
- Turn left onto Central Grove Rd.
- Turn left onto Pinedale Dr.
- Turn left onto Pine Cone Dr.
Rental cars are available online. Airport shuttles and taxis are also available.
Policies
Guests staying three, four, or five nights will be charged a cleaning fee at check-in.
Cleaning fees are as follows:
- Three-bedroom units: $55 plus 7 percent tax
- Four-bedroom units: $75 plus 7 percent tax
- Five-bedroom units: $90 plus 7 percent tax
All fees are subject to change without notice.
A credit card imprint or $300 cash deposit (subject to change) is collected at check-in.
Gas pool heat is available for $35 per day (subject to change). Electric pool heat is available for $25 per day for a minimum of four days (subject to change).
Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on resort policy.
Rollaway beds and cribs (infant beds) may be available and should be requested at the time of booking; fees may apply.
