This condominium-style resort is within one mile of the Gulf of Mexico. Complimentary transportation is provided to the marina and the hotel’s private island, Big Hickory, where guests swim in the gulf and relax on the white sandy beach. The resort is home to an 18-hole championship golf course with driving range and clubhouse. Four tennis courts, as well as basketball and volleyball courts, are on site.
Five outdoor pools dot the landscape, including a children’s pool with dancing fountains, an adult lap pool, a grotto-style pool with waterfalls, and a lazy river. Cardio machines and free weights are offered in the fitness center. Camp Manatee provides supervised activities for youngsters (surcharge).
